blog update: new members added
Hey everyone, you may notice within the next few weeks that there are posts from people other than nate murray. mat and ashley have joined the team! we hope that between the three of us we can keep something updated that everyone will enjoy.
I’m working on a new template and site overhaul that is going to be really awesome. It will feature better categories, too. I’m going to pull out the tech-stuff and put it in its own category (tech.natemurray.com maybe?). It will also feature a more organized system of pictures and other goodies.
So stick around, life has been pretty crazy lately with the move and all.

For some reason I can’t post on the Christmas music blog, which is really where I wanted to comment…so you’ll have to just read ahead to understand what I’m talking about!
What if they played REAL Christmas music in stores, not “holly,jolly Christmas”, etc.? THAT would be refreshing.
Since we’re mentioning things that are upsetting in stores…I am really disturbed at the increasing prevalence of televisions! Not only can I not sit and read in peace in hospital waiting rooms or car repair shops, now they have TVs (often with closed circuit programs) in Bank of America, Walmart and Shaws! I don’t WANT to watch TV as I walk around shopping. I don’t even want to watch TV much even in my home, so why would I want to watch it when I’m doing my banking and shopping?! I’d much rather read my “emergency book” while I stand in line or talk to the people waiting with me. I really hate TVs in public spaces…canned music was bad enough.
