THAT would be refreshing.<br/><br/>Since we're mentioning things that are upsetting in stores...I am really disturbed at the increasing prevalence of televisions! Not only can I not sit and read in peace in hospital waiting rooms or car repair shops, now they have TVs (often with closed circuit programs) in Bank of America, Walmart and Shaws! I don't WANT to watch TV as I walk around shopping. I don't even want to watch TV much even in my home, so why would I want to watch it when I'm doing my banking and shopping?! I'd much rather read my "emergency book" while I stand in line or talk to the people waiting with me. I really hate TVs in public spaces...canned music was bad enough.
