There are those of us who are tall,
There are those of us who are short.
For those of us who are short, your average sized birthing ball will not be adequate, as you spend more energy working to stay on the ball than in delivering a baby. You see, the stay on the ball muscles are also the get the baby out muscles, and it does not work well to work those in the stay on the ball way when you're trying to get the baby out. For us who are challenged in height, they invented the "peanut" shaped birthing ball. It does the trick.

Also, I have the flutters for you as you get ready to deliver this baby. Oh, my this is horrible waiting with you/for you! I LOVE YOU!

Hey!
I left a comment last night, but don't see it today. tear.
Actually, I would normally never come back to check except that i wanted to let you know that I was driving to work this morning and saw a dead skunk on the road (on Tournament...in front of that Lutheran church?)...it made me wonder if it was Sprinkles (I hoped it was Sprinkles).
amen.

Oh, and my other comment was re: the vivid stereotypes...some that made me sad and some that made me laugh.

Hope your boy comes soon...we got a huge party going on here in the open air.

awww, some painful stereotypes.
hope it all works out for everyone...and that you have a child in your arms soon...rather than in your dreams. Maybe you shoudl start singing 'get out of my womb, and into my car'...like the old 80's hit Get Outa My Dreams.
